Bulk Submittal Builder

Feature Request

Mercury currently doesn’t have the ability to create submittals from spec - this greatly reduces the amount of time needed to create draft submittals. Ideally, a bulk edit feature would also be released allowing multiple submittal deletions (ProCore would often pull more submittals than what was needed, but going back through and deleting these is more time efficient than manually entering all submittals)

    I have piggy backed on this in a new request. I don’t actually mind if Mercury doesn’t have the submittal builder function itself if we could bulk import from other tools. I use Claude to do what procore used to do and its been getting better at it with repetition.

    while useful there is also caution with this. Manually building submittal logs is likely the only time the spec book will be reviewed from front to back. reading through this can provide valuable insights and highlight major requirements not previously understood (i.e. risk) rather than just having a generated list and the full text of the submittal section not being reviewed
