QC Planner Locations search

Current State - Currently the search function only searches the immediately appearing Locations tier but does not search the rest of the tier structure

Desired State - Would like the search to return all locations anywhere in the tier structure that match the search criteria

Currently I have to toggle through the tiers one by one to get to where my desired Location is. The search function would eliminate this wasted effort.
