Restrict Users Uploading .msg Files

Currently you can upload .msg (a.k.a. emails) as file attachments in RFIs and Submittals. These files then do not print in the export tool. This adds extra work as I have to download the email, print it, and upload it to the RFI prior to exporting. It would save time and create more efficiency if it either:

1) Restricted users to only upload .pdf files

2) Mercury automatically turns .msg files into a printable format and staples it to the back of the export.
