RFI/Submittal Search Function

Currently, Mercury allows you to search within each individual column filter - ideally, there would also be an all encompassing search function that would search through applicable filtered columns including title, submittal number, spec, etc. but also description. This would be more useful within the RFI module, with search results also including key terms within the body of the question.
