Show who responded in RFI and submittal emails

Current State

When someone responds to an RFI or reviews a submittal, the notification email only says the form was updated. It doesn't say who responded, or that it was a response at all, so you have to open the form to find out.

Desired State

The email says who responded to the RFI or reviewed the submittal. Custom email subjects and bodies can include that person's name too.

Benefits

You can tell from the email whether the architect or reviewer has answered, without opening each form. That matters most on steps with several reviewers.
