PDF Export: Staple Attachments
When exporting a form, the attachments should be included as PDF's at the end of the document. This would be similar to how we export pictures in the Daily Report tool. Currently when exporting the form comes out in a pdf and any attachment are a hyperlink that opens separately forcing someone creating a complete document to do the stapling themself.

RFI export currently only shows the name of responders in the workflow - most subcontractors aren’t on a personal level with the design team or engineers so ideally this would also show company/firm as well. Also, my opinion is that the responses should be listed chronologically with the first responses at the top

RFI/Submittal Email Attachments
This is a request from our design team. Currently when you receive an email that a Submittal form was created (assume same for RFI’s), it includes a “The form can be downloaded as a PDF” hyperlink that downloads just the cover sheet of that submittal. Can we have it include the actual submittal pages as well?

RFI Export
When exporting an RFI, it should include the cover page along with any and all attachments at the end of the file rather than a hyperlink to the additional PDFS. Currently, we need to export the RFI from Mercury to Bluebeam, re-add the backup to it, rename it and file to Egnyte. Would also be ideal if there was some sort of automatic naming convention after download/export.

I think this should be moved forward in the priority list - currently, PE’s need to staple all applicable attachments, stamps, etc. together to save to Egnyte. Alternatively, one PDF needs to be downloaded, reviewed, and stamped one at a time amongst all the reviewers - this also causes issues with concurrent reviews

Exporting RFI’s also cuts off half the response.
