Meetings: Add Export Options

Feature Request

When selecting Export there will be options for:

  1. Agenda - Topics Only and Items
  2. Minutes - Topics, Items, and Notes with one week previous notes
  3. Minutes All Open - Topics, Items, and Notes with ALL previous OPEN notes. (this is the current export)
  4. Minutes All - Topics, Items and Notes with ALL previous notes, including Closed.

    Meeting Agenda vs. Minutes

    Most of our OAC’s are on Teams, so we’ve been sharing the screen view within Mercury rather than looking at an exported PDF due to all the previous notes staying (that’s tracked in a separate feature request). It would be nice to have an “Agenda” mode and a “Minutes” mode. The screen we’re currently sharing is showing to everyone as Minutes, when we’re really using it as an Agenda. Can meetings start out as Agenda (be able to be emailed out), then have a button called “convert to minutes” for us to update and distribute after the meeting?

    I agree with Mark on this one. We are on OAC #6 for example and our agenda is already 10 pages long when exporting to PDF, most of those are previous notes. One week of previous notes is ideal.

    This is going to be essential as OAC notes get longer and longer. Having all previous notes appear is going to easily make the document length unusable for coordination. It would be great to have the option for how many weeks back you want the notes to show.
